"The concrete slabs that they put in were outstanding. However, they damaged my sprinkler system and gate. Those repairs were not good, I have had to redo all repairs they had made. The workers were personable and easy to work with, however communication of when they will be there to work and when they will return was not good. There was also an issue with cleaning up at the end of the day."

"The hardwood floors in our property were really in bad shape after been rented for several years and I didn’t think anyone could fixed the damage.
When Chris Geoff came to give us the estimate, he was so confident that he could bring back the beauty of our floors that I think, it was the main factor to choose them for the job.
I have never been so happy with a contractor in my life, the job that Chris did was AMAZINGLY beautiful. He was 100% right, my floors are so smooth and beautiful that you can appreciate the grain of the wood. Before sanding the floors, Francisco (Paco) Del Angel removed all the baseboards and replaced them with new ones after Chris finished with the floors, and he also did an amazing job.
They both treated our place with care and cleaned everything before leaving.
I recommend these contractors 100% and thank them for an outstanding job."
"Noa and his crew were on schedule, as they predicted. All were polite, respectful and well qualified in their work. The finished driveway and sidewalk look good, though there is already a hairline crack in one area after a week, hopefully it won't get larger. There was one issue with some damage done to the edge of my garage floor by the demolition process. I sent Noa pictures and asked for his recommendation as to how to best repair the damage. Though he did respond to my emails, he never did make it out to look at the damge or give me any advice. I contacted the original contractor who had installed my expensive floor covering and he came out and fixed the damage. I would use Noa and his crew again but I would spend more time going over the job site and discussing possible problem areas closer."
"AP Concrete not only worked with my budget, but also brought my vision to life. They added a patio to my front yard with no complications and fixed up my driveway. Both projects were done in a timely manner & AP Concrete will be hired again for any of my future projects."
"Absolutely fantastic service! I recently had a major issue with my sewer line, and this team came to the rescue. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution clearly. The repair was completed efficiently, and they left the area spotless. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was perfect. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of sewer repairs. Five stars all the way!"
"I received a couple of recommendations for Dr. Patch, but you never know until some one comes and does the work. I had high expectations and these guys exceeded them! Not only did the work look great, but their costs were very fair, they left everything clean and orderly and the were flexible in dealing with unforeseen issues. On one repair we found water damage underneath the stucco and they did a great job pulling out all the bad wood and rebuilding everything ... really went above and beyond. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Patch to anyone looking for fare priced, quality stucco repair!"
A sinking foundation can be lifted, most often by installing piers to re-level and support the weight of the house. Depending on the cause and extent of the sinking, other methods to lift a foundation include underpinning and mudjacking. Consult a foundation repair pro to determine the best way to lift your sinking foundation.
No, house settling is normal as your home’s foundation settles into the soil below and as the framing of your home shifts as it expands and contracts with changes in temperature and moisture. However, if you get to the point where your doors and windows aren’t opening easily, your floors are uneven, or you can visibly see that your roof line is wavy or uneven, you are more likely to have foundation issues.
Generally, foundation cracks and repair are not covered by standard homeowners insurance policies. This type of damage is often considered normal wear and tear or a result of poor maintenance, which is the homeowner's responsibility. For example, damage caused by settling, shifting soil, or drainage issues is typically excluded.
However, there are exceptions. Coverage may apply if the foundation damage is a direct result of a covered peril, such as a house fire, a burst pipe, vandalism, or a vehicle accident. Coverage for natural disasters like earthquakes and floods often requires a separate, specific policy or add-on.
Periodic inspections and addressing drainage issues prevent further damage.
The best foundation repair method will depend on the issue you’re having, but usually, foundation instability is best fixed using supportive piers, like steel piers or helical piers. A professional foundation repair contractor or structural engineer should always decide what the best course of action is, and even then, it’s imperative that you also take measures to treat the underlying issue as well, like soil erosion or oversaturation from runoff.
