I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster."

"Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."
