Wasach Builders & Repair LLC installed a wall unit AC. What a beautiful job! I couldnâ t be happier! They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards and now Iâ m enjoying a very cool home in very hot weather. I wish that I could post a photo. He framed it out in a beautiful oak wood inside my home and framed it on the outside with a beautiful frame that withstands rain and snow and never needs painting. The sealing work was so perfect. I could hardly believe how they made an AC so beautiful! Thank you again, Wasatch Builders & Repair LLCâ ¥ï¸ Sincerely, ShaSha

l had Wasatch Builder & Repair install a Screen door for me this Summer. The work was more than I expected. The man that installed the door wasnâ t much for talking but his work was exemplary. He also cleaned up all his materials and left the area as he found it. I love my Screen Door! I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone! This fall I called this same Company to install Camera Doorbells. The same exemplary work was preformed. My sheet rock had to be cut, but there is no way that you can tell. It was mudded and taped and the paint was matched. They painted a larger area so that you wouldnâ t notice the new paint versus the old paint (20 years at least) Brittany was the painter and she is a sweetheart. Again, they cleaned up their mess and left the area as clean as it originally was. I am so pleased with Wasatch Builder & Repairâ s work. When I need more work done, this Company is FIRST on my list to call. Thank you so much Wasatch Builders & Repair! Ms. ShaSha

This company is the best. We had them come put in our dog door, and while they were here our electrical outlet caught on fire, They assessed the problem and were quick to fix it. We will for sure have this company over for more work soon!

They were so nice and knowledgeable. The Lady, I believe her Name was Brittany, cleaned up all their mess and then she gave me a discount. I have just hired them again to purchase and install a screen door. Iâ  m so excited as their work looks so professional. Iâ  d recommend this company to my Mother, and thatâ  s saying a lot. They also fixed a previous Contractorâ  s mistake and saved me future problems. I couldnâ  t be more pleased.

I like my windows, just surprised bathroom windows wasn't a privacy one. Had to get window film for it. Matt isn't a very nice person to work with. Had to borrow my caulking gun, some of the caulking wasn't very professional. He accused me of miss placing his outer shirt, hat and cutter, which he found in his truck were he had put them. Told me he wasn't making money on my job, so he couldn't trim out my windows. They quoted me $3289.00 which I thought was fair and agreed to. Told me my windows cost $2,500 charged me $65 hour. Took them 8 hours so that = $520, he came out $269 ahead. There is no way I would hire him to trim out my windows. His helper was very pleasant and nice.

"We Apologize that your Bathroom window wasn't privacy, this was not mentioned that it needed to be, we have customers that prefer non privacy, it is honestly a preference and unfortunately nothing was mentioned to us. The 65.00 per hour was mentioned by the office manager Because you wanted additional work, that was not in the original Contract, We asked you if you were happy with your project and you told us twice that you were completely satisfied."

A bizarre and overwhelmingly unprofessional experience! My wife and I paid a 30% Restocking/Builders Fee just to completely cut ties with this business, specifically a gentleman named Matt. We paid him to walk away from work he wouldn’t stand behind, as well as to avoid having to experience his disrespectful attitude and demeanor in the future. We paid for a storm door upfront, and agreed to an additional install fee upon completion of the job. Prior to the purchase of the door my wife worked with Brittany, at PRR to select a door that met our wants and needs. Because we wanted our storm door to open on the opposite side of the door frame as the main door (as well as having a full screen and glass), we were told there was only one door to choose from. We agreed on this door which would take an estimated 4 weeks to arrive. On the day of the install, Matt and Brittany from PRR arrived late (which Brittany apologized for). After Matt and Brittany hung the door, Brittany sent my wife (who was at work) a picture of the door via text message to show her how it looked. My wife then informed both Brittany and myself that the door was hanging on the wrong side of the frame. When I went to go see for myself, I opened the door to Matt having a profanity laced tantrum over the fact that they had ordered the wrong door (remember we only had ONE door to choose from according to PRR). Brittany asked Matt twice to stop swearing, and apologized that the wrong door had been ordered. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and making a commitment to make things right, Matt began lying and trying to manipulate me into keeping the door. First he told me that not only would he need to replace the storm door, but he would also need to replace the main door due to the additional work that would need to be done to the bricks on the opposite side of the door frame. I didn’t understand this explanation, and asked him to explain. Matt chose not to explain it to me. After lying failed, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that no one ever installs their storm door to open on the opposite side of their main door, and pointed across the street to a few of my neighbors doors as if to illustrate his point. Brittany began to try and negotiate, offering $100 off the install. I tried to explain that we weren’t denying the work out of principal, but because of the heavy wind we often get from the south, the wind that had damaged and led to the removal of the storm door we had previously. Matt then tried arguing with me that any heavy wind would come from the north, not the south. As if somehow he knew better, even though I’m the one who has been living in my home for three and a half years. This was by leaps and bounds the worst customer service experience I have EVER had! I want to be clear. We didn’t care that they screwed up the order and we’d have to wait another 4-6 weeks for them to get it right. Accidents happen, we’re human, and mistakes are made. This is 100% about Matt’s

"For starters, we sold this door for way less than retail, we apologized for your experience. We tried over an over to make it right. We offered to give you free installation. we offered you a different Technician, we offered to re order the door, we offered you a discount off your whole project. Your wife called and said she wanted to cancel a signed agreement/Contract, we did not have to but we allowed this to happen. As for the 30% Restocking Fee, that is what our Wholesalers Charge us to Return Special orders/Purchases. We were extremely lucky that they allowed us to Return this item at all. We wish you luck with all your future endeavors."
