Brian Shepard was amazing to work with. After evaluating our clog, he presented options that were cost effective & efficient, the latter being more expensive. They resolved the issue which took a little longer than anticipated, but the trunk line is clean. Brian has snaked this unit multiple times before our occupation & notified us of the build-up in the cast iron pipe. He also presented us with a main line descaling option. Truly exceptional Brian! Give him a raise. Mahalo🤙🏾

Highly Recommend Mr. Rooter! I recently had Mr. Rooter come out for a free check-up and quote on replacing an outside faucet. The plumber, Brian, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered a more cost-effective solution than I initially anticipated. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and the confirmation process was easy. I'm looking forward to having them complete the job and highly recommend their services!
