"I first called in late June, got a quote, and completed the paperwork the same day. It took a while for someone to come measure, but when he did, he was polite and efficient. After that, communication was poor?I had to call for updates multiple times, and when I was told I would get a call back, it never happened. My install was scheduled for August 1st. I took time off work and waited during the scheduled window (9:30?10:30), but no one showed up. When I called, I was told the scheduler was out sick and the crew had a flat tire. I?m not sure when or if I would have been notified if I hadn?t called. They asked to reschedule for the next morning, but again showed up late, at 10:20, and the crew seemed unfamiliar with my job. They called the day after, couldn't answer my question about when the check would be cashed, and AGAIN did not call back as promised. Unprofessional and bad communication all around."

"Class act for over 25 years Ryan and the Pro Tint staff have worked on 5-6 of my cars over the past 25 years. Their expertise and professionalism brings me back every time. With in the past week, while traveling to Utah from Denver where I currently reside. I had Pro Tint work on my new VW wagon, doing both window tinting and clear bra for excellent vehicle protection. Window tint for heat reflecting and clear bra for rock, road debris etc... I am sure Denver has a quality windowing tinting business however, I would and will travel to Utah to have Pro Tint work on my vehicles. When you find a business that exceeds expectations, you tend to go out of your way to for that service. "I saw an average high window review when I selected them but should have looked at all the available reviews out there. Should have checked google reviews. I regret that I didn't check closely. It took more than 1 year to finish 7 windows. project $14,200, and for that price I would expect perfect/flawless completion. it took 4 months or so from when we signed contract and paid downpayment before the first 6 windows were completed, but the 7th was broken in shipment. rather than expediting this order, we waited till it was september again to finally get it. but the other part of our ticket involved the screens for our sliding windws. The molding that goes between these windows was missing on one of the windows, and the one they provided for our other is whilte. They pressured me to pay the rest of the outstanding balance today so I did. and have no recourse except to write these reviews to get it resolved. They don't care about their customers I'd be willing to change my value if/when they make my order right. I have photos. I don't see anythihng so far in the review process to post my photos."

"I called Nate and he was able to fit me in quickly. He took a screen I thought didn't fit in a window and re-screened it then he put it back and showed me how to get a screen out easier. He even looked at another screen I was having trouble with and gave me a suggestion how to correct a problem with it. He did great work and explained what he was doing along the way while I watched him do it. I highly recommend him!"
