"The whole process with Natural Stone Design was easy and professional. I am a commercial contractor, so there are some things that I look for when dealing with companies. At the top of the list is a clear understanding of cost structure. I recognize that companies need to make money I and I am not one to try and dicker over the cost of everything. Natural Stone is as transparent as possible. They will tell you right up front what there costs are for each level of granite. They then send you to their wholesaler where you will know the cost of the counters before you leave the wholesaler. Much better than going to the wholesaler and picking a granite just to find out later that it is way to far out of your budget and then having to redo the process.















In all phases, making the templates, fabricating the stone, keeping us informed of milestones that we needed to keep (ie making sure we had a sink, faucets, etc.) and installation, they keep their commitments.















I would highly recommend using them. We will as the next thing for us is the Master Bath and this where we are going to get counters.

"Carlos and his assistant Alejandro from New Gen Stone did excellent work installing the countertops in this old house. The floors aren’t level the walls aren’t square, and he adjusted for all of it. He also took the effort to only make one seam in the entire layout and have all the pieces fit from one slab!! We decided to make the seam at the sink where it would be the smallest. Although he does back-lit crystal quartzite in million dollar homes he treated our project with precision, detail, and care. Absolutely thrilled with the end results."

On the fine details side, make sure you are ready to make minor repairs to walls or have someone lined up. Dealing with heavy granite and making it fit snugly will generally mean there are wall-dings here or there. For my part, I have no regrets and a lot of love for my new kitchen and bathroom counters."
