Let me think about this and we will come back. He came back, said he had a pretty good idea of what was going on. He dug up the previous "repair" and discovered that the first guys plumbed the system wrong and completely cut off my front yard zone. He redid the lines the right way and in just a little over an hour my system was back. On time. Professional. Knows what he is doing. When we agreed on a work start timeline, started exactly as planned. My project was a multi-date event. They left the work site perfect, just as it was prior to starting. Just to let everyone know what the scope of work details: 1- Complete old system overhaul from 4" to 6". 2- Replace multiple broken heads. 3- Move some current heads to give better lawn coverage. 4- Dig new trench line for drip line irrigation to new hedges. 5- Plant 40 (16ea-30gal and 24ea-15gal) new Hedges (Wax Myrtles) for privacy fence. 6- Remove old dead front hedges and replace with 10ea small Boxwoods. He diagnosed the problem, provided a written estimate of the repair cost, made a trip to purchase a part, and did the repair in a little over two hours. Repairing the leak involved replacing two parts (tee and connecting manifold) on the sprinkler system. This makes the third very good experience with Will's Plumbing. The first time, we had them test the plumbing and water system of our previous house. The second time, they cleared very clogged pipes that had been causing backup in downstairs toilets, bathtub, and shower and then installed a new super-flush toilet. At all times, they have been courteous and professional and have done the work thoroughly and well

- Will's Plumbing & Testing ServiceStarting at the water meter, they went from shut-off to shut-off to narrow the possible locations of the leak. Luckily, it was quickly located. They carefully dug to find the pipe that was leaking--carefully being the operative word since they also found our gas pipe, sprinkler pipes, etc. It turns out the leak was caused by a crack in a t-joint and an apparent botched glue job by whoever installed my sprinkler system. They also assessed that the ball valve on my side of the meter was rusted and virtually unusable. Anthony and Herman worked hard to ensure both problems were fixed and fixed right. The price seemed a little steep for less than 3 hours' work, but given the nature of the leak and their responsiveness, it was not over the top--especially since they actually fixed two problems

"Initially I was gathering proposals for synthetic turf for our back yard. We have 4 large dogs and the yard after being away for a year had turned to dirt. The front yard was not much better. I spoke with Mark and after our discussion I decided to have the entire yard re-sodded. He recommended a drought tolerant grass, which is SAWS certified. The team did a great job, was very efficient and work was done on time. The crew reset and made sure there were no issues with my current irrigation system. They cleaned up when they were finished, and you would never know that work was done. I have called multiple times and texted asking about general maintenance and care. My calls/texts are always answered promptly which is nice. I would recommend and have recommended Dream Yards for turf installation.
