He was very patient with me in scheduling a time to come over, give me an estimate and then wait about a week and a half to actually come back and start the work. He was on time and polite. He repaird 4 or 5 tiles that were popping up in my kitchen and explained what he was going to do. Due to a crack, he put some cement mixture in the crack and said this should help keep the tile down. Jose was very careful in moving my refrigerator out and kept the "mess" as clean as he could. He also did some touch up on my sheetrock and repainted the two areas -- looks nice as well. Good job!"
