"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"We decided after 20 years to do a facelift on our house. We initially brought David in and he consulted with us on ideas. We ended up painting the entire inside, two different colors (one being an accent wall in each room). We changed out 100% of our plugs and light switches. We put up all new fixtures, two chandeliers, etc. David and his team demolished the existing drop down light in the kitchen and put up new canister lighting. Finally, and I know I'm leaving projects out, they painted both sides of our three rail fence around our 2.5 acres. David always thinks about the customer first. If he is there, and there is something that needs to be done, he does it. He goes well above and beyond!
