Began porch and bathroom rebuild in Feb, still not done in May. Gave him $850 money advance for materials. 2 days later stopped work saying the money was gone-he didn't know where. Demanded $900 more. Promised to work weekend and everyday until job was done (1 week) to get the $900. Then worked three hours on weekend, then about three hours a day afterwards. Claimed work done, was not. Left roof uncovered 3 weeks. Internal water damage. Painted without drop cloths in house, poor job, spilled paint on rug and leather desk, not cleaned. Left hole in ceiling. Walked off job. I have pictures.

Drywall dust spread through house required extensive at my expense.

"Contractor warned/told customer that when doing drywall repair and texture increased amounts of dust will accumulate due to the sanding of drywall joints. contractor did try and contain dust with plastic and tape, but all could not be contained."

I hired S.A. Home Doctors after interviewing several leads from Servicemagic. Right from the start, they were highly professional, with a quote that was comparable to everyone else. However, that's where the similarity ended. Not only did they show up on time and and do a spectacular job, they went out of their way to go the extra mile and make sure that even some unexpected problems were taken care of quickly and competently. After they finished the initial job I hired them for (exterior painting), I hired them to install a floor, and then additional carpentry work, all done to perfection. I intend to hire them again. Definitely 5 stars !

Punctual, customer service oriented and dedicated. Showed up on time daily and worked late in order to ensure the job was completed on time. During the job there was inclimate weather and the contractor brought other employees from an outdoor job and finished up earlier than expected. Took 10+ coats of paint to cover dark walls and the price was not altered even though the quote was for 4 coats. Although I believed the interior of the home looked amazing prior to completion a final walkthrough was completed by the employees and close to an hour of touch ups were completed, which shocked me because other contractors may have let it slide.

They were neat, had the job done by deadline, cleaned up after themselves, polite and I would use them again and plan to at a later date. Sean is very personalbe and willing to work with you, the customer, he checks on his crew throughout the day to check the status and how they are doing, he is always in contact with the customer checking their satisfaction level throughout the job. Excellent Customer service, job and company

He came back to fix the door, the paint was not correct. His cost was quite fair. They cleaned up after their work, were very conscientious in their work. They were very trustworthy.
