"David ("Dave") Palamo went the extra mile for me (am so grateful!). He came to my gated community around 6:30 last night and used his step-ladder to reach the internal lighting fixture in my garage. The fixture has two tubes--one had burned out, but the other was still working. He pulled the burned out tube and took it to the nearby Home Depot to ensure that he bought the right replacement tubes. When Dave came back within a few minutes with the new tubes, he first inserted one of the new tubes and then swapped out the old tube that was still working with the other new tube. Thanks again, Dave! You gave me peace of mind and ensured that I could turn on the lights in my garage!"

The crew showed up as promised, did a great job in a reasonable period of time and cleaned up the debris at a fair price. I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting.
