The fixture has two tubes--one had burned out, but the other was still working. He pulled the burned out tube and took it to the nearby Home Depot to ensure that he bought the right replacement tubes. When Dave came back within a few minutes with the new tubes, he first inserted one of the new tubes and then swapped out the old tube that was still working with the other new tube. I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting.
