Hired company for regular pest control visits following initial inspection and spraying by Steve Stokes. Also paid additional amount for annual contract to deal with carpenter ant issue around and inside home. Steve took time to explain the process and we look forward to working with him going forward

Excellent. I started a contract after my initial service to treat the millipedes. We live on about 1+ acres and there are plenty of pesky bugs in the area. It's usually the same individual who comes to visit. They treat outside and inside the house. They are always friendly, timely, and nice. I appreciate them calling to set up the quarterly visit (not sure I'd remember).

The staff has been extremely responsive and friendly. They are timely and courteous. With my quarterly treatment plan, they are quick to come out anytime I have an issue. Just yesterday I called them because I had about a bug and about 75 of his friends show up in my kitchen...I didn't know what they were. I called Bugzee and they were at my house within the hour and identified the bugs as subterranean termites. They inspected outside and inside the house then quickly offered a couple of solutions.

Price for Quarterly Pest control service was good, but Mice control service was expensive, but the quality was good.

Got serviced quickly after initial contact and prices were reasonable and service was friendly. Service has also worked - no pests since. I got indoor and outdoor done plus yard treated as well for yearly fee of $325 (fire ants, etc). Set up a quarterly pest service for $135 with them and they say I really just need exterior from now on. Will probably rarely have to treat inside. FYI, my house is new construction. Overall I was very happy with this company.

My wife and I keep birdseed and corn in our garage to feed the birds and deer that visit our place.  We were away on vacation over the holidays and when we got back we found all supplies were ripped open in the garage and many signs of uninvited guests.  On the strength of Angie's List recommendations we called Bugzee Pests and Steve came out.  Steve confirmed we had a "rat problem" and is extremely well versed in "rat-ology", the study of the nature and characteristics of rats.  Regardless, we had major signs of a rat infestation in our garage and signs and ongoing noise in the attic.  Steve with his trained eye knew the routes the arts were taking and their feeding nature and set traps in these paths.  He and his assistant, John, also sealed all small entry holes in the roof which the builder left behind.  Most of the issue was resolved in the first week but it took a little perseverance to finally end the problem.  My wife and I are very pleased with Steve and John.  Both men are gentlemen and serious professionals.  Anytime we have a pest problem in the future, we shall call for Steve at Bugzee.  We highly recommend them.

Good guy, Great Service!  Steve came out the same day I called for my fire ant problem inside my master bathroom.  I also needed general pest control.  Used Angie's list $20 off initial service coupon.

Awesome service! Polite and professional.

We were very satisfied with Bugzee Pest Control.  They quickly communicated and scheduled a time to inspect our suspected termite infestation.  They provided us with pamphlets and material regarding the type of infestation we were looking at and helped us understand the extent of probably damage.  They were friendly and informative without being "high pressure".  They thoroughly explained the pesticide and procedure they'd be using and accurately predicted the time involved for treatment.  Before leaving we had a solid quote for services which was honored even though more pesticide was used than anticipated on the day of treatment. 
Treatment was scheduled within just a few days and services were provided expeditiously. 
The warranty offered exceeded the warranty described by other companies we had considered and they offer a renewable annual warranty after the first 12 months, transferable when we sell our home.
We will continue to use this company and renew our warranty with them each year and would highly recommend their services.

So far, there have been no rodents trapped, so we believe that the problem has been solved.  The traps are still in place and will be checked at my quarterly visit.  I was told to call sooner if I thought there was any activity in the attic.  I have been pleased with the service. Though the cost seems a bit high, considering it's a two-story, contemporary house with lots of angles,  I think the cost is justified.

They are a family-owned business and I always have the same gentlemen service my house. He is extremely friendly and professional. I have also had contact with the owner who is also very professional and friendly. My husband and I found them by consulting Angie's list and we have been very pleased. LIke I mentioned, we signed a contract with them.
