"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"
