Frank and his helper did a great job refinishing our bathtub. We used Miracle Method on two previous tubs and would highly recommend Frank for same if not better quality and customer service at a very fair price. Thank you!

Frank used to work for Miracle Method tub refinishing and now has a business of his own. His prices are cheaper than two other companies, and he is willing do anything to make sure customers are satisfied with his work. Note that tub refinishing creates a lot of dust and is smelly work. Best to hang super-lightweight painter's plastic and seal doors with towels and masking tape. Winter months seem to be better for indoor work as you can open windows during the day. Our tub had 3 large depressions in the bottom that held water. He said they would level those first and they did before painting, but I called them back to re-do the bottom again. They had me check the leveling this time before re painting, and it still was a bit wavy, so I had them add more to one of the three spots. Three things: (1) make sure you tell Frank you want no-slip finish for the bottom (2) we had a lot of cleaning to do after the first service so I hung painter's plastic sheeting for the second. (3) I believe they could invest in some new equipment, so I recommend you tell him not to use the fan with the long accordion tube to run to the nearest window or door. If it runs to a bedroom window, the door to the room is open and dust will still get in. Just tell them you don't want them to use it. Hang plastic and seals doors instead. Frank is a nice, calm, hard working man who will show up at your door on time. He is good with communication online and uses a nice online receipt system.

These men did an outstanding job for me. They were prompt, friendly but professional and not only refinished my tub and kitchen sink. They also repaired my strip of drain board that had come loose and most amazing and welcome to me they fixed a hole in my tile above my tub where the faucets are and refinished it. It all looks wonderful. And they cleaned up thoroughly afterward! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Oh, all this and they were very reasonable too!

The surface of the tub was sandy and should have been smooth. Trying to get him to come back and fix surface.

Would use B&J Refinishing again and would DEFINITELY recommend to others!!! They were prompt in returning my calls and arriving for the appointment. They were able to complete my project within my (very) tight timeframe. Their prices were VERY reasonable! They communicated with me about every step of the project to ensure it would be safe and beautiful for my elderly relative (we resurfaced a bathtub). There was a bit of an odor, but it was not overwhelming and it disappeared by the next day! They informed me of how to clean the bathtub in the future and completely cleaned up after they had finished. For a project that I had dreaded to complete, they made it an easy, delightful experience!!

Odor is too strong and difficult toget rid of

They did a great and I would say speedy job of removing the old tired glaze from 2 tubs and resurfacing them. There were a couple of flaws around the edges after the tape removal but they came right out and corrected those as soon as I let them know. I would definitely recommend them.

We made arrangements for a bathtub in my investment property, starting a 8:00am on June 6. In the week before the appointment, I and B&J had a bunch of unrelated things come up that I thought would force us to postpone - including closure of the roads in the condo complex due to repaving. But the crew was determined, and they got it done. They were on time, did an outstanding job, and accepted credit card payment over the phone (since I couldn't be there in person). I highly recommend B&J because of their outstanding worksmanship and their work ethic. Thank you gentlemen!

Great communication and service!

These guys were good communicators from the start. They were always on time or early. They were easy to talk to and nice. However, the quality of their workmanship was poor, and we are pretty disappointed. They resurfaced our claw-foot bathtub a total of three times. Although each time improved from the time before, it's still got problems. We waited to post this review really thinking that the third time would be good. There is still a run with a bulb of paint in the tub, and upon removing the tape, we found overspray that made its way onto the fixtures. They offered a longer warranty (five years vs. others three years), but the quality of the work did not earn our trust for repeat business. We may see how this goes again near the five year mark because there is already work that needs to be redone now, but that is yet another appointment to schedule and more inconvenience for what would be the fourth time.

They completed the job in a timely manner.
