Richard was on time and replaced the flush valve on our toilette. He came by and checked on how it was working and made adjustments. He is very friendly and professional.

Richard and his associate, Nick, are very knowledgeable, respectful and conscientious. Richard presented his master plumber credentials before starting and kept me informed of actions taken every step of the way. There was a leak of unknown origin in bathroom which Richard located and resolved. He completes his work as if it's his own plumbing issue. Very satisfied with the workmanship, would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance, and will contact him again should the need arise.

Went to HomeAdvisor app on Monday Sept. 7th and Gateway Plumbing was recommended. Set up an appointment for Tuesday morning and and Gateway called me within the hour and said they would be able to come out today. Howard the technician called and confirmed if it was ok to come within the hr to see what my problem was. Howard was and is very polite when he came. Had his mask and handled everything professionally. He explained the cost and work that would have to be done. I would recommend Gateway Plumbing and will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

I think 300.00 for 12 inch piece of plastic pipe is expensive. I do appreciate he good work however.

Richard and Howard did a great job. These are Christian men who won't do a job unless it's done correctly. My faucet leak morphed into a new tub ( my choice). They searched to find a tub that would suit the space and meet higher standards than what's found at the big box stores. It may cost a little more but if you want it done correctly call Gateway Plumbing.

Prepare to be amazed by the prompt response time and superb customer care. I was very pleased with excellent plumbing work that really fixed my leaks. What could be better that that?!

Initially contacted Gateway plumbing through the on-line Home Advisor web site on Wed 12/11/2019. Within 30 seconds of punching the button on Home Advisor I got a tel call from them......talk about Johnny on the spot! Was asked if I wanted the work to be done That day or what would be convenient; said would call back after checking my schedule. Called back later that day and asked if 0900 the next day (Thursday) would work. Howard said OK and confirmed the appointment. On Thursday morning, got a call from Howard asking if it would be OK if he showed up early (now how often does THAT happen with service providers?). Heck yes, it is OK! My issue was a persnickety Master Bathroom toilet that had devolved to the point of rocking me to sleep when going to the john; for a well deserved movement. Had been having issues with that rascal for awhile and other plumbers had been somewhat less than adequate to resolve the issue. Howard showed up early as promised, and for lack of a better phrase, he got me on the road again. Howard was exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional! He described what he was doing and pointed out potential problems that might arise in the future. He cleaned up the work area quite well when he was done and invited me to a (clothed) test run. All went well. Fast forward a few hours and gave Mr. Persnickety a trial by fire.... all them rascals were sent to sea successfully without me being rocked to sleep. Mission Accomplished! This being my first encounter with Gateway Plumbing, I can only attest to this experience, but if this any indicator of Gateway Plumbing as a whole, you can bet they will be my very first choice in the future for any plumbing needs! Howard is a true champ............. Richard, he needs a ginormous pay raise........ Many thanks for the fast and professional response!

Richard gave me a thorough explanation of the work and a firm estimate. He came out when promised, and finished the work promptly. He is super professional. I was so glad to find a great plumber after two failed attempts. I recommend him highly!
