"Fantastic! I would hire this company a million times over. This is a second home for us, and Jack was always texting us pictures and calling with the progress while we were not there. We had all of our floors replaced throughout the house, the entire house painted, and quartz stone countertops put in throughout our large kitchen. Jack pays attention to details, which was very important to us. We have hired many contractors for our Houston home and never received such great service as with did with Jack. He shows up when he says he will, and he completes the job in a great time frame. The price was reasonable and he was always conscientious on cost when we asked to add something. His crew was nice and hardworking. He is easy to get a hold to when we had questions. I would highly recommend Jack for any job. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"He came out to do an estimate, and said he would contact me the following day to give me a firm price. Waited till the end of the next day, never heard from him, so I went with another company to get the job finalized and completed. Command Systems guy was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and seemed to know what needed to be done. The only down side was he never contacted me as agreed upon when he gave me the estimate."

They just did not do a very good job of cleaning my house. They need to do a better job. They did dry dusting and left a thin film of dust everywhere because they did not damp dust. All I wanted them to do is deep clean the house until I got there. They would not touch the appliances, they left dust on the shelves and they left cobwebs in the corners of the windows. They just did a terrible job.
