We had all of our floors replaced throughout the house, the entire house painted, and quartz stone countertops put in throughout our large kitchen. Jack pays attention to details, which was very important to us. We have hired many contractors for our Houston home and never received such great service as with did with Jack. He shows up when he says he will, and he completes the job in a great time frame. The price was reasonable and he was always conscientious on cost when we asked to add something. "A storm in April blew 6 singles off my shed. I quickly got an estimate and they came within a week of my accepting their bid. When there was a storm in June that rumpled the repaired area of the shed roof, they came and repaired the damage for no charge. The repairman that came is very polite and nice. I plan to call them to do guttering in the future."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"He came out to do an estimate, and said he would contact me the following day to give me a firm price. Waited till the end of the next day, never heard from him, so I went with another company to get the job finalized and completed. Command Systems guy was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and seemed to know what needed to be done. The only down side was he never contacted me as agreed upon when he gave me the estimate."

They just did not do a very good job of cleaning my house. They need to do a better job. They did dry dusting and left a thin film of dust everywhere because they did not damp dust. All I wanted them to do is deep clean the house until I got there. They would not touch the appliances, they left dust on the shelves and they left cobwebs in the corners of the windows. They just did a terrible job.
