Knob & Keyhole built a shed to enclose our pool equipment and fenced the pool area. The shed is awesome as well as the fence. Both exceeded our expectations. The customer service we received with Jack and his crew were exceptional.

Fantastic! I would hire this company a million times over. This is a second home for us, and Jack was always texting us pictures and calling with the progress while we were not there. We had all of our floors replaced throughout the house, the entire house painted, and quartz stone countertops put in throughout our large kitchen. Jack pays attention to details, which was very important to us. We have hired many contractors for our Houston home and never received such great service as with did with Jack. He shows up when he says he will, and he completes the job in a great time frame. The price was reasonable and he was always conscientious on cost when we asked to add something. His crew was nice and hardworking. He is easy to get a hold to when we had questions. I would highly recommend Jack for any job. It is a great feeling knowing that everything that was done in our home was done right and to perfection!

the work started on and ended on time in accordance with the contract.and stayed slightly under budget. the crew has high work ethics. they showed up on time ready to go to work. they kept the area clean.. i would highly recommend them for any type of major/minor renovation job. Jack's ideas were a great help on getting everything done. he was a valuable asset in assisting in our creating our dream/forever home. the crew is very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. their work ethics are very professional. the crew kept the area a safe work place.

Knob and Keyhole was affordable with high quality. I got quotes from multiple companies and Knob and Keyhole was the only company that broke down the materials and labor as separate charges, so I didn't feel like I was getting overcharged. They also completed the work quickly and worked with me on my tighter budget to make sure that I was happy with the bathroom I would highly recommend working with Jack and his team again!

Jack is a visionary and craftsman. He spends time with you going over your wants and desires, your budget and your timeline. He discusses reality in what to expect and when. He stays within the constraints of the design and is open to "creeping" requirements especially if they are creative in design. ( I am always wanting more..) He took our dreams and found rare and unusual ways to create what we wanted, he designed and then executed on the design with superb craftsmanship. We have more projects and have threatened him if tried to leave before making the rest of our farmhouse come to life. Please take a look at our floors featured on his website, they are one of a kind!! Historical and beautifully executed. We could not be happier.
