Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. The plumbers were prompt and professional; They diagnosed a bad water heater and replaced it for $3,000+, but the smell never left! I have called the office several times but the problem has not been corrected. They even tried to blame my water softener, but if that was the case I would have smelly water in all of the house, not just the front! I talked with another plumber who told me that the problem was definitely with the water heater! So, their initial service was good, but service after the sale is zero!!"
