We did get other bids and of everyone, he was the most open with us about options fir the work we wanted completed. He even replied quickly when I would text questions. He arrived as scheduled, texted to keep me updated to his specific arrival time, was very efficient, cleaned up, and charged a fair price for the job. They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. We had our lounge re-modelled, including replacement patio and kitchen doors, floor tiling and sheet rock (ceilings). Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. "If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. He gave us the price for what we wanted and told us we would be notified when the materials came in so we could schedule the start of the project. The project required removing the old tub and relocating the plumbing and shower head to a different wall. They protected all the exposed areas from dust and once they started, it only took about one week to complete the job. They cleaned after themselves everyday after their work, and upon completion of the project. They do excellent work and the new shower enclosure looks great! I would recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom makeover."
