Customer service was quick and professional, when scheduling and providing updates on service and arrival times. Technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Although I opted not to get extent of the work done that day, I felt confident and informed, in moving forward. When the time comes, for entirety of the work, I won’t hesitate to contact Doug Turner Plumbing Co.

We had other people we got from Angie's List, and lying about finding some problems in my house so I called Doug Turner Plumbing and they told me that all were things were okay.

I called Doug Turner Plumbing Co. to help fix a clog in my washing machine's drain. They were able to come early to address my concern, and was professional throughout the service. Alex did a great job and talked me through each process answering all of my questions. I was always made aware of the cost in services, and I feel I can trust them for any project in the future. Definitely worth giving a call!

I first called on the Saturday morning before the Easter holiday and was connected to the call service. I told them this wasn't an emergency, but explained what I needed to have done, and left my name and number. Monday morning I received a call, again explained what I needed to have done, and a window of time for service was set up for that day. Denny explained what he would do and set to work. It was better than I could have imagined, and he even wrapped some insulation around the pipe. I now have a secure outdoor faucet with no leaking!

The representative from the company came on time and inspected the issue. He quickly found the root cause and gave us options to fix them. He was ready to replace the pipe and the dispenser and finished the job neatly without any issues. Also gave us tips on how to maintain the parts. We are happy with the work and will hire them again incase we have a plumbing job to be done.

I went online to Angieslist.com and found Doug Turner Plumbing in Stafford. I called around 9:00AM and was told someone could be at our home between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. Denny came to our home around 12:40PM and got right to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was and how best to resolve it. Although the washer cold water faucet was the only one leaking, the washer hot water faucet and refrigerator faucet were also 27 years old, so he suggested while the water to the house was turned off and he was already at our home, he could replace all three. That sounded like a sensible idea to me. Everything was completed in about 1 hour. I would certainly use their service again and recommend them to a friend. I did get an angieslist discount, but wish they offered a Senior Discount or Military Discount like some other plumbers do.

I had scheduled a morning appointment but on the day of my appointment I was told that they booked with emergencies and since my appointment wasn't an emergency, it would be bumped. They would send some once a technician was free, which wasn't until about 2:30 in the afternoon. The technician did a thorough inspection of the heater, fittings, connection lines, and vent. He said the heater was still in good condition, showed no signs of leaking, and the knocking sounds were just sediment that was not cause for concern. He re-aligned the vent line through the roof that had probably been pushed out of place when the shingles were replaced. We discussed a few replacement options, but because the heater was not showing any signs of leaking, his recommendation was to monitor it and wait another year or two before replacing it. I appreciated that he addressed my concerns about the heater and did not use my concern to push me into buying an expensive replacement now.

Great. Leak was under driveway so decided to run a new line rather than repairing old one. Had to first find where the water line went into the house then trenches were dug for new line. The only delay in completing the work was waiting for city inspector to green-tag the work before everything could be re-buried.

My line was plugged with tree roots off my property. After getting my line flowing, Doug was able to get the city to come out and clear the roots.

They were very quick to come out to repair the water main break from the city meter. The plumber assigned to the job was courteous and up front with the costs and waived the diagnostic fee when the repair was performed. Overall the service was good but a little overpriced.

My first appointment was from 1-4, they called at 330 and told me they were not sure they could make it by 4. I said OK, I will wait. They called back 15 minutes later and said they could not make it by 4 and that they do not start jobs after 4 so I would have to reschedule. (hint, schedule repairs for the morning) They were on time for the second visit and determined the problem but would have to order the part. I had to reschedule. They were on time for the third visit and repaired the leak, however the new shower face plate was smaller than the previous and left a gap that was filled in with caulk that cracked as it dried. The plumber said he would look for a larger plate and called back the following week to tell me he found one and had to order it (my expense) but have not heard back as of June 1st. I will amend this review if the faceplate is replaced and looks better.

We were selling our home at the time and were in our option period with the buyer. The inspection was underway and a few findings came back regarding the water heater. We called Doug Turner and they sent out a tech as soon as they could, within one day which was great! The tech arrived when he said he would and replaced the drip pan quickly and also did a thorough inspection on the water heater more for piece of mind for us. We requested a detailed "receipt" with what he performed so we could provide to our buyers. We greatly appreciated the speedy response and the great work!

Sunday is never a good time to have plumbing problems, but Doug Turner made it less painful. On a previous occasion, I was able to take care of this problem myself. This time, the clog was further down the pipe, so I was unable to fix it. We called Doug Turner Plumbing. They gave us an estimated time of arrival, then called back and told us they would be able to arrive sooner. It was only an hour between our call and Damon's arrival. He was polite, professional, and explained what he was going to do. He covered the work area to protect our floor. After he cleared our drain, he cleaned up the little bit of mess that he made. He was in and out in less than an hour.
