Excellent customer service to set up the appointment. Straight forward quote and the team was able to fit me in super last mins (less than 24 hours). Paul was extremely thorough in his report and the FaceTime call was extremely helpful to show me the house and aided my decision. Background experience in construction, plumbing and electrical. He not only checked the shower but found the flow restriction was the culprit for pitiful water pressure and longvheatingctime for water. He removed the restriction and I am grateful every time I use the shower.

Paul is a very detailed, meticulous, and experienced professional. I watched him inspect the entire house, from rooftop to foundation over a period of 5 hours.
