"Setting up the appointment with the very pleasant lady who answers the phone and the actual carpet cleaning went without a hitch. The two fellows who did the cleaning showed up on time, were pleasant and professional , and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The bad news: after they left, I noticed that they had left some very noticeable scratches on an antique coffee table in my living room. Two days later, I noticed that they had also scraped paint off a door frame in the hallway. I called the office to report these issues and the lady apologized and offered to cover any expenses that I might incur in repairs."

"I went on Home Advisor after 10:00 pm and said I wanted a call back now. Moses called me, gave me the price, and we set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. At the house he thoroughly explained every part of the process, especially removing the dog urine. He did a fabulous job so now the carpets in the three bedrooms are clean ready for our parents to move into their new home tomorrow."

"I had no more than hit send than Bert was calling me! He was able to answer my questions on the phone then made the appointment to come and collect my rugs. The rugs were covered with pet urine but he was able to clean them and get the smell out ( they were given to me and I wanted to salvage them). Bert was professional and accommodating, even to the point of taking one rug back with him until I could get the other one up onto my attic! He will bring it back to me at my convenience. I highly recommend Bert to anyone looking for a carpet or rug cleaner."
