"I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. The customer service was exceptional, and my rug came back looking and feeling, brand new! I will definitely use their services again! Don't waste any time, call these guys, they're on it!"

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"I went on Home Advisor after 10:00 pm and said I wanted a call back now. Moses called me, gave me the price, and we set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. At the house he thoroughly explained every part of the process, especially removing the dog urine. He did a fabulous job so now the carpets in the three bedrooms are clean ready for our parents to move into their new home tomorrow."

"The crew arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. James was very professional and courteous and explained the cleaning process. They even provide professional carpet steam cleaning and I had them clean my living room carpet."

"Major PLUS: The drapes were actually delivered before expected due date. I have really tall ceiling and tall windows so the drapes had to be custom made. They fit perfectly and what was really nice is the installers picked up after themselves and didn't leave a mess.

The PRICE: I picked a really high-end fabric for my living room which was a bit pricy but they quality is amazing. Better than you can find from any big brand store. No one will have the same curtains as me!! The formal dining was well priced but also a much smaller window.

Customer Service: Please talk to Scott or Chris, they really know their product and are super nice."

Mattress Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It may require stronger cleansers or chemicals, higher-pressure spray, or scrubbing to completely remove algae from a metal roof. Start with a mild cleanser; if that doesn’t work and you're comfortable doing so, use a stronger mix of ⅓ cup of laundry detergent, 1 quart of bleach, and 3 quarts of water to gently scrub the algae with a soft-bristled brush. If algae is present across large portions of your roof, doesn’t come off with gentle scrubbing and cleansers, or is in hard-to-reach areas, this may be a job better left to a pro.

The best way to clean a roof without damaging it is to opt for soft washing, or better yet, leave it to a professional roof cleaner. Soft washing involves a biodegradable cleaning solution being sprayed on the roof and gently rinsed away after it dissolves built-up residue on your shingles.

Moss grows in dark areas of roofs, including in corners and gutters. If left alone, it can grow under roofing and cause permanent damage. Here’s how to remove moss from metal roofs

  • Soak the moss to soften it

  • Scrub it away with a soft-bristled brush, or pick it off with your hands (be sure to wear gloves)

  • Use a moss remover that’s compatible with metal roofing, following the manufacturer’s directions

  • Remove dead moss and rinse the roof thoroughly

  • Prevent future moss growth by trimming branches, cleaning gutters, and attaching zinc strips to moss-prone areas

Roof cleaning is typically necessary annually, although homes in moist or heavily polluted areas may require more frequent service to prevent buildup.

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.
