"We have nearly 2,000 excellent reviews on different sites. Been in business nearly 40 years. This client booked us knowing that we charge hourly and that he can stop cleaners when he likes depending on his budget. He stopped our 2 experienced cleaners after 3 hours, They needed more time to deep clean (his request) the client's 3,000 sq.ft. neglected home with 3.5 bathrooms. He wanted inside appliances, etc. There was vomit the client left on wall, floor and toilet for several days from a "young lady" he said he was entertaining at his home. There is NO WAY two cleaners can deep clean a big, neglected house including interior appliances, with 3.5 bathrooms in 3 hours. The CLIENT stopped them so they didn't have time to complete the work. He repeatedly texted and called me, once after midnight! I finally told him that I'd refund $50 to make him stop. He refused. He said he wanted $150 or he would post bad reviews everywhere. I then blocked him. He's now posting bad reviews everywhere. And, he tipped the cleaners $40 total before they left, after he looked around, and told them they did a great job. Thankfully most of our clients understand the hourly model of our business and are a pleasure to work with and we mutually appreciate one another."

"This client repeatedly ignored various attempts to collect payment after booking cleaner for two days in a row, knowing the fee is hourly. Eventually I had to threaten filing a Theft of Services police report against her. This resulted in her finally sending the fee and posting this bad review."

"This is her 3rd review in 24 hours. Sorry to lose a long-time client. We have over 1,500 reviews averaging 4.5 stars on several different sites. Nearly 40 years in business! I have never made disparaging remarks about cleaners. I began cleaning offices and homes myself as a teen and continued to do so for many years. For over a year we had cleaned for this client several times and she had always expressed satisfaction indicated by her repeat service requests. I disagree with many of the statements in her review. On our last visit the cleaner had a flat tire which was documented by pics. We were unable to clean this day. She had guests arriving. We had cleaned the week prior for 7 hours. I offered a refund and tried to appeal to her better instincts so that we could have peace. I asked her to please remove the review or at least the segments which I recollect differently from her."

"This client tipped each cleaner $50 ($100 total!). Thank you! 2,700 sq. ft. home, Move-out cleaning, inside appliances, inside windows, etc. Had lived there for nearly 20 years with pets and kids, etc. We agreed upon the fee beforehand. $40 per hour, per person and she could stop the cleaners when she liked. It took each of the two cleaners 6 hours."
