"We had work done before by Diamond Decks last year and decided we wanted to add an outdoor fireplace to our home. Yet again, they exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled to have it done for the holiday season approaching. We have referred many friends to them and all of them and ourselves have been extremely pleased. Keep up the good work and I'm already thinking about our next project. :)"

"We had a wonderful experience, as usual with Jon Wayne’s service. Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"Jose’ has a very professional appearance and demeanor. He took a great deal of time in explaining the problem to me, actually showed me the cost of parts necessary to repair, which was as much or more than a new stove. He did not try to push an expensive repair on me. He made thoughtful recommendations on a new stove, and even gave me a couple of hints on issues with two other major appliances. Although disappointed that my 9 year old stove could not economically be repaired, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied with this experience. We will definitely call First Priority the next time we need a major appliance repair."

"I wanted service as soon as possible because my dishwasher was leaking and Next Service sent someone out fairly soon.  It was determined that I needed a water valve that they had to order.  As soon as the part was in, Next Service was there to install it.  Problem solved!

"Arrived at my Canyon Lake property to find my heat was on Aux Heat.....which says the main unit "has a problem". Thermostat read 56 degrees...a bit chill inside. I contacted Vetter for the assessment and they were "booked"......but found a way to get a technician out to our home. The bad news...compressor was grounded. The anticipated value of this repair forced me to call my home warranty company. Dealing with this company can be "challenging".......the short story is I insisted on Vetter handling this repair - as opposed to one of their network providers. Reason...because Vetter has consistently provided responsive and professional support every single time we have called over the past two years. Mike Vetter has a great team - from the ladies in the front office, to his vigilant dispatcher, to the seasoned  technicians who have visited our property. Excellent communication and follow up with the customer is a rare find these days. I am pleased to recommend the Vetter Air team.......I find them a "quality" HVAC provider.

"Great service. Jonathan is friendly, knowledgeable person and did a tremendous job cleaning my CampChef grill. Even though I would clean it periodically, there was build-up to a point I did not even know where to start cleaning it until Bar-B-Clean came to help out. I had no idea how much of a health hazard it is to have a dirty barbecue pit and they took care of it quickly, on-time and with sanitation included. There are some tasks best suited to the professionals. I will definitely be using their services again."

"Oh my goodness! To go without A/C last weekend for a whole day in this unbearable heat! Well, by Sunday afternoon I had tried everything I could think of to check and called Service First Mechanical. First of all, I was impressed that I wasn't dealing with voice mail but the owner himself! Mr. Overman very quickly let me know he was already fully booked with service calls for Mon. & Tues. So, he offered to come out later that same day cause I was pretty desperate and hot. He arrived when he said he would and quickly found the source of my problem. The overflow pipe was completely backed up and leaking out all over my floor so he flushed out the unit and saw where there had been some wrong installation done and fixed that too. He was very professional and courteous."
