"Donnie took care of submitting all the paperwork to our HOA, which we appreciated. A couple of weeks later, a crew chief reached out to let us know they'd be starting work on the deck the Monday before Thanksgiving. A team of 2 individuals, led by Brandon, arrived promptly and removed the builder-installed stairs and railings, but the lumber wasn't delivered until later the next day. Unfortunately the lumber delivery team marked up our white concrete driveway, but Donnie contacted them to come power wash it to remove all the black marks, so we appreciated that. The build ended up taking far longer than anticipated for a variety of reasons: holidays, sickness, weather, availability of the lattice, etc. But once the lattice was in stock again, Donnie's crew was excellent about getting it done. Brandon did a great job and we were very pleased with the finished product. Donnie contracted out to Dexperts to stain our deck and the concrete patio, and they did a terrific job. I have to say that the Dexperts team was excellent about communicating what was going on with our job, but at times we were frustrated when the deck crew didn't show up for one reason or another. A simple text or call to keep us posted would have been greatly appreciated. I definitely have to give a positive shout out to Brandon who noticed a gas smell in our side yard. A quick call to CPS got someone out pronto to check it out, and they did find a small leak which they promptly repaired. If not for Brandon, who knows if or when we would have noticed it!! All in all we're happy to have worked with Diamond Decks. We've gotten lots of compliments on our deck, and we really do love it."

"After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc)."

"First service call found low freon.  Came back and performed electronic leak search, found no freon leaks, but found improperly-secured sending bulb and recharged with freon 410 A.
Wish we had gone with this company originally when we had new unit installed five years ago!  next Service found all the problems (that had been created by the original installers) and fixed them promptly.

"Arrived at my Canyon Lake property to find my heat was on Aux Heat.....which says the main unit "has a problem". Thermostat read 56 degrees...a bit chill inside. I contacted Vetter for the assessment and they were "booked"......but found a way to get a technician out to our home. The bad news...compressor was grounded. The anticipated value of this repair forced me to call my home warranty company. Dealing with this company can be "challenging".......the short story is I insisted on Vetter handling this repair - as opposed to one of their network providers. Reason...because Vetter has consistently provided responsive and professional support every single time we have called over the past two years. Mike Vetter has a great team - from the ladies in the front office, to his vigilant dispatcher, to the seasoned  technicians who have visited our property. Excellent communication and follow up with the customer is a rare find these days. I am pleased to recommend the Vetter Air team.......I find them a "quality" HVAC provider.

"Great service. Jonathan is friendly, knowledgeable person and did a tremendous job cleaning my CampChef grill. Even though I would clean it periodically, there was build-up to a point I did not even know where to start cleaning it until Bar-B-Clean came to help out. I had no idea how much of a health hazard it is to have a dirty barbecue pit and they took care of it quickly, on-time and with sanitation included. There are some tasks best suited to the professionals. I will definitely be using their services again."

"Gilbert did a great job fixing my dishwasher and explaining to me what went wrong to make it stop working. The original installer from Lowe’s never securely screwed in my dishwasher, causing the hose line to kink and stop working properly. He was very efficient and timely with the repair.
