I contacted Mr. Ratliff Monday afternoon about repairing the roof and sent him a few pictures of the damage. Mr. Ratliff informed me that he would have someone at my residence the next morning at 9 AM to repair the damage. The next morning there was a there was a repair guy at my residence ready to work on the roof. By that afternoon the damages have been repaired just in time for the bad weather that was coming our way. I would highly recommend Mr. Ratliff and his services, he has always been professional while completing the job in a timely manner."
