I have not had any problems with any of the kitchen appliances. I did have a problem with the washer once, but it was under warranty and they did not charge me for the repair. They are great with communication and are very good with scheduling. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Hughes came out to look at our 33 yr old carrier unit and ducting. He spent a lot of time with us to understand what we were looking for and under what uses so we put in the unit. He helped us fined the best unit to fit our family and the best size for the sq ft and shape of our home. He let us borrow several window units to keep our home and children cool until the unit came in and was installed for free! He installed the units asap and had the electrical work done very quickly. He was very clean and prompt. We were always able to contact him and ask any questions. The pricing was very fair and he refused to over sell us on products we didn't need or wouldn't do what we needed it to do. We are very pleased and will use his services again if ever needed and happily will recommend him to anyone.

They are prompt, efficient and came out on a holiday weekend. He seems to always be available and has even answered late on a sunday afternoon and they have a great emergency call system. Also, the pricing is reasonable.
