"We hired NOA services to clean our ducts. The technician arrived, opened only one duct, and spent about 20 minutes wiping bleach around the opening before charging us $400. He didnâ t inspect any other ducts, claiming they looked clean. However, when we checked the filter ourselves, it was still filthy, something he didnâ t even bother to examine. This experience felt like a complete rip-off."

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card)."
