"Brant was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. He also updated us about his arrival time by text. We had a pest control treatment and ant control treatment done. Brant also came back to treat inside a wall that was opened up in a remodel project."

"Purchased the $399 Big Deal for a solar-powered attic fan, installed. Communication was acceptable (he prefers phone calls, I prefer email; not a problem, just a note). Manuel arrived early and got right to work. He was in and done in a half hour or so, and while on the roof he noticed the seals on my other vents were cracked and offered to reseal them all for an additional $125. This was more than reasonable, so I agreed. He offered other services, which I declined at the time, but I will definitely be considering him in future should I decide to have them done. The fan works well when it's running. Very pleased with everything about his service and this product.
