After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "I have used this company twice for various moves. They arrive within the window scheduled and give a call when about 30 min away. They were able to load my previous apartment up in about 1 hour, even with 3 flights of stairs. Total move with a drive of about 20-30 min took them just shy of 3 hours. Nothing damaged. They don't set things back up, but otherwise, no complaints. Would use again."

"Worst move ever. Northern Moving Systems handled my move from CA to Atlanta and used a subcontractor called Priceline Moving & Storage LLC dba Seattle Moving & Storage. They quoted me $2,800, then raised the price to $4,800 after loading my belongings ? total bait and switch. My shipment arrived 45 days late with barely any updates. When it finally came, several items were ruined: my mattress box crushed, footboard broken, dining table delivered with no legs, and many kitchen/glass items shattered. The insurance process is just as bad. They asked if I had renter?s insurance so they could use my policy. When I declined, their coverage paid practically nothing. I filed claims for every damaged item and six+ months later, nothing has been paid and the claim keeps saying ?in progress.? Worst moving company I?ve ever used ? dishonest pricing, delays, damage, and useless insurance. Avoid them at all costs."

"First, this was a pretty normal moving experience. Not the best ever, but not the worst in my experience either. Price and flexibility was very good. I got to pick my delivery date, not my previous experience. I paid for hours of labor, which started when they arrived and not when they left the business (or got donuts, coffee, lunch, etc). The crew was friendly and smoke free. But there are some areas they could improve on: At the time of the bid, I was told that the job was big enough they would be starting at 9 to get the packing done. Then it moved to 10:30. They actually arrived at 11:30. Packing did not get completed before end of day. The next day was supposed to be final item packing and loading (they use trailers, not a semi). They arrived at the expected time but did not get finished packing, let alone loading. Third day they finished packing, loading and delivery. It was a long day. Part of the problem was that they did not have enough people scheduled for the job. The first day had the full 4 people but only 3 came after that. when it looked like they would not make the deadline, they did bring in extra help at the end of the day. Another area that could use some improvement was the "if we take it apart, we reassemble it." My backyard umbrella was not reassembled and they lost the bolts and forgot two parts. Finally, about a fifth of the boxes are totally unlabeled. This has made unpacking difficult as those boxes ended up scattered all across the house and none have been in the room I needed them to be in."
