I hired Elmer's Ac company repair my air conditioning system, two different technicians came out. First one to tell me what was wrong with the system and give me an estimate, Second technician came to give me an estimate on a complete new system. I decide to replace everything in the upstairs attic all new parts A/C blower motor heater blower motor ac coil all new parts. when they finally finished on the second day. I asked the repair crew why they did not replace the heater blower motor they told me it was not on the list and he was right. I called the company they back in San Antonio and told them I had a verbal that it was my understanding that everything inside the house would be replaced with new parts and just give me the price. The first tech told me both motors came as a package. The crew that did the work made a call also and bottom line I received a call from a Mr Dan Buchwalter from San Antonio and said they could not get the blower motor and it would have wait on part. A/c went out again on 2nd day of use. So now i have a 20 year old heater blower motor with everything else new they also replaced a 200.oo plus part on outside ac unit. If I were to do this again I would make my on list, so when I say I want everything that is a part of a/c and heating unit inside the home replaced with new parts and have them sign it with the est. cost their would be no confusion. Bottom line did I get the A/C working yes, did they come back again, No. Did I get the Heater Blower motor replaced No. So I have a 20 year old heater blower motor in with a 8200.00 plus bill which I paid on the 2nd day they came out. I also had to pick up boxes and old parts and water bottles they left in the yard. I do reviews on google, mostly good. Would I hire this company again, NO. This for information only, as I do not want to even hear from this company again. Their work was done in June 2024. and I'm done with them.

I had received several estimates for a new furnaces ,this was the only company that told me that our furnace could be repaired. I was impressed by their honesty. It's is so refreshing to know that there are still companies with integrity.

The tech came out to check why my A/C wasn't working. By the time he was finished checking it out, he had a whole list of things he claimed was wrong with the system, and needed replacing for thousands of dollars. One of the immediate problems, he said was a defective switch that needed to replace for $500. I googled the switch and I could have it delivered for $11.18. I told him to get out. I called another company, they showed up within a couple of hours, and quickly diagnosed that I just had a short in a wire. They re-spliced the wire, and my system ran as good as new. I asked them about all the things I was told I needed by Elmer's and they disagreed.

I had my new units installed in one day the inspector came out the next week, It passed with flying colors and both units operating perfect. Thanks Elmer.

Job was well done at a short period of time at a reasonable price. Thanks for a quick response and it was done with no waiting time.

The arrived 50 minutes late and were here for 1.5 hours but could not do the work. ( they were two people and tried to teach me / tell me what I needed to be done but they could not get it done for some reason. At the end they tried to sell me silver package that cost $1800.

Great company and knowledgeable service rendered. There were some scheduling and arriving on time issues initially. Was told the tech would arrive at a certain time and the tech did not show up until the next day at a later time.
