My refrigerated air was acting up, and temperatures outside were in the upper 90’s. I went on Angi and described my situation. Within 10 minutes, I received a text, and within an hour Jesus from Frontera was at my front door. The entire process took approximately an hour an a half. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and promptness of Fromtera. They will have my business from now on.

Jesus came over and repaired part of our refrigerated air on the spot. He was paid. We also asked him for a quote and to do another job regarding that same unit. He said he would come by the house within the following week. When we didn?t hear from him we sent multiple text messages but no response! Not only is it rude but it is disrespectful to the client. Would definitely not recommend.

About a week after the job was completed I discovered a couple of minor issues that were not to my liking. I called and left a message and Jesus was very quick to return my call and was on my roof within about an hour to rectify the issues! I am very impressed with this company!

Claimed all unit needed was freon and charged me $155.00. I called him and told him unit was not working properly and was told it would take some time to start cooling. When he would not come back out I was going to put a stop pay on my check so he would come back out when he was not paid. I was surprised to see he had immediately left my home and ran to the bank and cashed my check. AC still was not working properly so I called another company. Unit needed new pump and other parts. Since that repair unit is working like new.

Fantastic service, they were able to diagnose and fix both my A/C units quickly, and were very flexible with my schedule. Jesus did the job, and he was very knowledgeable and taught me quite a bit about my A/C units. Price for both were great as well, a lot lower than I expected. 10/10 would recommend for El Paso area, and I'll be going back to them again!
