His quote and SafeFlue's price was $3,000.00 less than two other companies we contacted. Rafel and Kevin were our technicians that installed our new fireproof panels a few weeks later, they did an awesome job and left no mess behind in our home. This is our new fireplace company for our chimney cleanings and maintenance."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid this company to clean and make repairs to my grill. After the first appointment, they told me that my grill needed $2,500 in parts and repairs. The technician came out and replaced only a handful of the parts that I paid for, did not clean the grill, and never communicated again and his number is now disconnected and the owner does not return calls, even after telling them that I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. I was also charged for a trip charge that was supposed to be refunded with the repair work being done. I am still without a working grill and will now have to engage a more reputable service provider."
