Terrible. I have used junk-king 4 times in the previous 2 months as we are preparing to move out of state. Twice they arrived on time and twice did not show. 3-4 days earlier this week I had scheduled an appointment for today 11/02/22, 0700-0900. Junk-King did not show. After several phone calls they told that the general manager (Dallas) said I had rescheduled my appointment for 12:00. This is categorically untrue. We needed an early pick up because we have an 8 hour drive to the motel where we are spending the first night of our trip. The staff told me Dallas would call me. When I finally spoke with Dallas he told me all his phone calls went to voice mail and that was why it was several hours behind he contacted me. (There were no calls to my phone). Prior to the phone call from Dallas, I had spoken to two other employees asking why he hadn’t called. (They stated Dallas was not answering his messages) Dallas told me he would be there between 12:30-1pm. I told him my neighbors would handle the finances because I was several hours from Allen. Dallas did not arrive until 2:20pm. I thought the price he quoted was outrageous but I had no choice but to accept it. No Discount. No Offer of an Apology. Of the four visits this one was by far the highest priced but certainly not the largest load. One would think that a general manager would be honest and ethical. I hope I never hear the name of junk-king again.

Junk King was quick to respond. I only had a few hours to have the stuff removed from the garage so we could begin to restore order and complete our project. They were quick to come and remove mattresses and box springs along with stacks of boxes filled with junk.

The showed up and took it away, no problem. Other companies told us it was too small of a load to be worthwhile, but junk king takes small loads.

It was wonderful. They were on time, professional and very nice. They were personable, but not chatty. They did the work efficiently and quickly. I have used them 2 times, and have hired them to do more work after the first of the year.

Process was unbelievably easy. I used their website on a Thursday night to schedule a pickup for Friday around 2pm. Nick called me before arriving and then when they were at my home he made sure to clarify what needed to go and what needed to stay. Nick and two helpers loaded the truck within 30 minutes, swept, and the job was done. Too easy.
