"This was the first time getting my dryer vent cleaned, so I did not know what to expect. The technician was friendly and helpful. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card)."

I was also charged for a trip charge that was supposed to be refunded with the repair work being done. I am still without a working grill and will now have to engage a more reputable service provider."
