Diamond Shine Pool Care

I could not imagine a worse experience. We have been promptly paying for regular pool care, but the past few weeks all we?ve been hearing is ?I?ll be there in 2 hours,? despite never showing up once. Constantly ignoring texts, no-showing on scheduled appointments, neglecting to deliver hundreds of dollars worth of supplying we?ve already paid him for. This company is definitely not worth the headache, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Initially gave a great quote for military discount but then it immediately went downhill when I didn’t receive the invoice and agreement to set up service. Instead, Bobby showed up unannounced for the first time to clean the pool and never cleaned it again after billing me for the month for agreed weekly service. No calls, no response to any of my messages… no anything, not even a refund or explanation. I found them on thumbtack and it hasn’t even been a month and their profile is completely gone. The pool now has algae buildup and my kids have missed out on 3 weeks of private swim lessons with no refund. I will have to pay someone to get the algae under control, miss another week of private lessons and find another company to properly maintain the pool. This experience has been completely unacceptable.

Great company that cares, was so helpful and knows what they are doing! They came right out, diagnosed the issue and had the pool turned around immediately, but did not try to take advantage of me. I am so grateful to find such a great pool company. Will refer to all.

This is a great company to service your pool needs. The price is budget friendly compared to other companies I've contacted. The customer service is top notch and Bobby is very informative and thorough with his knowledge of pool systems. I highly recommend them!

Bobby was very professional and took the time to explain to me how all of the chemicals work, the levels, etc. (this is my first time opening a pool). Excellent communication! Highly recommend and will use again!
