The techs were not prepared to descale both of my tankless water heaters when they arrived; they had to wait 30 minutes for another tech to drop off the pumps since they did not have any on their truck. In my initial request in Angi, I requested Vinegar for the descaling solution and to run it through the pumps at least 60 minutes, as both units had not been descalled in a couple of years. On one of my units, they did use Vinegar; however, on the other unit, they used Haymaker descaler. My Rinnai tankless water heater manual specifically states to NOT use any other chemicals to descale besides distilled white vinegar. Also, in my request, I asked for the techs to use compressed air to clean out the radiators/fins that are on top of the copper coils; they did not show me that they cleaned either of them. Other than the technicians and the work performed, the customer service over the phone and texts were above par. They kept me informed and also had available appointments the next day.

Nick, the plumber from Saving Grace, came out and gave me a quote. I liked the price and he went to work. He was very respectful Had a outside faucet replaced . He had to break the brick to work on it. You could tell he liked his job because the quality of work he did was fantastic. Will use them again.

They showed up as scheduled and replaced the entire spigot assembly. My only concern is that the water had not completely quit dripping out the spigot after the water was shut off at the street. This meant some amount of water was definitely dripping inside the wall of the house between the time the old spigot came out and the new one went in. He was fast with the switch, but it would have been better to wait a while longer until there was no water dripping before making the switch. Installation of the new spigot solved the reason for the service, so I am satisfied with that.

They were very responsive about scheduling. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous and fixed our hot water heater for a reasonable price. We needed a toilet repaired about a month later, and we had a positive experience with Saving Grace again. Definitely will be who we call again for any plumbing needs!

They were on time to repair 2 outdoor faucets. I gave them a good star vs. excellent because I didn't have the opportunity to test their work. They had it all wrapped up, with instructions that the wrap had to be cut off, so I'm really not sure what all was done. We will come back later to report in the warmer months ahead.

There was a $69 fee to come out, and I negotiated in that the call fee would be credited to the work fee if I hired Saving Grace. They accepted. The timing of the original visit didnt work for me, so the scheduler suggested an alternative time which saved me money and worked out well. Showed up on time. no upsell. No drama. Great stuff.

Saving Grace Plumbing was a excellent company to deal with. From the owner who laid out all services that would be done, to the tech , Nick who constantly staid in touch with me, and the receptionist at the front office all did an incredible job. I could not have been more pleased. Their price was better and overall professionalism was at its finest.

I think I have found my new go to company for anything plumbing related. They were punctual, professional, very courteous. Oliver was awesome.. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Everything was done with care and precision!! We bought a smart toilet and had it installed in the downstairs bathroom!! Nick was the best! He made sure everything was correct!! Cleaned up nicely!!
