"During the selling process they were great. I asked what could go wrong with such a big project and they said we had nothing to worry about - that our house would be easy. However that all changed when the project started. During the project they broke multiple pipes under our house (one in a wall!) and also cut through our pipes to our pool. They caused thousands of dollars in damage - it makes me simply sick. Our house is in worse condition than before they arrived. Not only do they not have insurance to cover any damage they cause, they offered no apology for the damage. In addition, they were dishonest about the damage and claimed it was there before the work - we had 3 other inspectors and foundation companies review/inspect the project prior to them starting the job and all commented that there were no plumbing issues and that under our house was surprisingly dry. I understand that there is risk involved in this kind of work, but I expected honesty and an apology for the damage. Their crew has zero incentive to be careful on your property as they all know that they are not responsible for anything they break. We are very disappointed in our experience with this group - we could never recommend them to anyone."

"Mr Davalos is amazing! We had bids that were 2 and 3 times more and we thought, “no way this guy is for real”. But his work was amazing. And he is the nicest person. Some of the stones were loose and he came out immediately and repaired. He calls to check and see if things are going well. I don’t even think he realizes he could charge so much more. I told him but he just smiled and said thank you. I know it’s hard to find good people who want to do good work but this guy is the best. I’m sure one day there will be a bad review for something but I do hope this review gets you to take a chance on him. We wanted a 22x22 patio with 6’ fire pit and did the work AND THEN added another 10x14 for a dining area for half the price anyone bid for the 22x22 alone. It almost cost the same for me to buy just the materials as he charged for the whole thing!"

"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."
