The team did an excellent job! They finished in 1 day and even did the irrigation zones for my garden and potted flowers. I would recommend them to family and friends! Steve M was great! He kept me in the loop on everything from start to finish!

DWS installed the system carefully but in a timely manner. Steve was always easy to communicate with as he answered emails and texts quickly. When, later, AT&T cut through the line going under the driveway DWS repaired it at no cost to me. Recently a sprinkler head was missing (probably knocked off by a driver driving over the curb) DWS repaired it at no cost to me. This company does a great job and is even better at follow-up.

Had them install a complete watering system. They were on time and worked quickly, making adjustments to the original layout as the work progressed. Steve is an excellent person to work with and helped me set up the controller, showed me how to use the app. and tested the system. He also came out to help make some adjustments afterwards. Their pricing was competitive and I would highly recommend them.

Steve came by and walked the yard with me and gave me an estimate same day. Once we agreed, he had me scheduled quickly. He and the guys showed up on time and got right to work. Steve Marien did a fantastic job from start to finish on the installation of my sprinkler system. He was present when the very professional crew showed up and would stop by each day checking on the work done and explaining the installation process each day. Once the installation was complete he gave a quick training course on how to setup and run my system. Steve came in September 2023, gave an estimate on installing sprinklers in front and back of house. He was on time and. Very professional. He came the evening of the install and show us how to work the system. He even had the workers to come back after the front sidewalk was replaced to make sure the sprinklers were high enough and working properly. I am very pleased with the service and work. I recommended him to my Sister in law in Grand Praire. A great job was done at her house.

The one day job, from when I received estimated cost of installing with city permit plus spring rains turned into a six week process..

I had an irrigation system installed a little over a year ago. Steve came to give me the estimate. He is so professional, courteous and patient. I am so happy that he was the person that came to my home that day. Everything was explained to perfection and he even helped by showing me how to set up the automatic system. He called back weeks later to make sure that all was well. But to my surprise, I called with a concern about a year or so after installation. He not only returned my call but came back out to my house and fixed the issue personally. I highly recommend Dallas Water Solutions and their Representative, Steve, who both get a top notch (5 star) rating from me.

Excellent. Steve and installers showed up on time as scheduled. Steve was quick to respond to questions from initial contact and throughout the process. He took time to explain everything once the new install was completed. The installers were great. Everything cleaned up when they left.

I was impressed with the work they did and the care they took to be sure that the system covered all areas of my property. They also took time to explain how the system worked. Steve took time to answer all my questions and has followed up to make sure that I am satisfied with the job that was done. My lower rating about the value for the money is more about how pricing for everything has gone up. Their price was still better than the other quotes that I received.
