Tim came ready to find solutions to screen our patio, preserving easy access to the garden and pool and giving us space to host family dinners in any weather. "Mr Davalos is amazing! We had bids that were 2 and 3 times more and we thought, “no way this guy is for real”. But his work was amazing. And he is the nicest person. Some of the stones were loose and he came out immediately and repaired. He calls to check and see if things are going well. I don’t even think he realizes he could charge so much more. I told him but he just smiled and said thank you. I know it’s hard to find good people who want to do good work but this guy is the best. I’m sure one day there will be a bad review for something but I do hope this review gets you to take a chance on him. We wanted a 22x22 patio with 6’ fire pit and did the work AND THEN added another 10x14 for a dining area for half the price anyone bid for the 22x22 alone. It almost cost the same for me to buy just the materials as he charged for the whole thing!"

"They did a good job but they messed up my iron gate. When they poured the concrete they let the concrete set without keeping the base of the iron gate in line with the rest of the iron work. Now my gate is twisted and we'll out of plumb. I showed it to the company rep but he did not come back and fix it."
