I had a leak in my garage and contacted Jacks Masonry. Jack installed some new mortar but unfortunately when it rained a few days later I still had a leak. Jack came back and installed additional mortar and addressed a drainage issue. I no longer have a leak in my garage and would recommend Jack and Jacks Masonry.

Jack was GREAT to work with. VERY personable. Always on time. EXCELLENT cleanup each day. Kept us informed as to the status, progress, and schedule of the project. Jack replaced all cracked tuck-pointing on the exterior of our home and repaired foundation cracks. Did a great job matching the color and texture of the mortar. You have to look hard to find most repairs.

They came up with an ideal solution to fix the problem.

Jack came out on Saturday to evaluate the project and then showed up Sunday morning to start the work. Completed by Sunday afternoon. I couldn t be happier with the work and appreciate him completing the work over the weekend!

Jack was very courteous, fair and thorough. He didn't rush through the job but made sure the weather conditions were good for doing the repairs, while other people might just rush to get the job done no matter what later might happen. Jack explained everything he was going to do and was always available for me to ask questions. He did several repairs after we had our foundation repaired around our garage. He filled in the cracks in our exterior brick, taped and painted a corner of the garage and filled in the cracks in the concrete floor of the garage. I highly recommend Jacks Masonry.

Jack was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done and why the wall I had replaced 3 years ago failed. He completely replaced a section of my brick fence wall that had failed. The quality of work was excellent and the time to complete the project was reasonable. I will definitely hire again when the next section of my wall fails.

The brick was coming away from the structure on the second story of our home. Jack determined that the builder (28 years ago) had not installed "brick ties" to hold the brick to the structure. It was a matter of time before the wall collapsed. Jack tore out the entire section, installed plywood, 2 x 4s, brick ties, and re-bricked the entire area. The brick color was closely matched. He did an excellent job, and is very knowledgeable of his trade. His pricing was most reasonable. We would highly recommend him.

Jack did an absolute fantastic job repairing a brick wall in my back yard. A part of the wall was collapsed and other parts had holes. Jack rebuilt the collapsed portion, filled in the holes and power washed the whole wall. He was able to match the bricks perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and he was very professional. His price was also very reasonable and less than half of the estimate from a competitor. He provided a professional quote electronically that I could review and sign off on online. I would definitely recommend Jack for any masonry work.

Jack is a true masonry craftsman and provides exceptional, high quality work! Takes great pride in doing the job right. Listens and thoroughly explains his proposed work/solutions. Communicates well throughout the project. Neat, detailed worker and cleans sight daily. The border pavers around our patio and fire pit had settled/shifted resulting in major separation from main area. Jack removed the border pavers, installed a mortar foundation with rebar to strengthen, then reinstalled and leveled pavers. Additionally, he power washed, acid washed, and resealed pavers. Excellent results and complete satisfaction with Jack's Masonry!

This project was expertly handled. Jack's price was competitive but the value definitely shined once he got started working on our brick and stone mailbox rebuild. After every row of stone and then brick was set, Jack would take out his level to ensure everything lined up. This was on every single level. It was an all-day project and the heat got up over 100 yet he showed zero signs of slowing down. He clearly views his role as a "craft" and not a "job" and it clearly shows. I know it's a mailbox, but we now have the nicest looking mailbox in the entire neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Jack prides himself in doing a great job. He did exactly what I asked to be done and more. My yard was not exactly square and he was able to complete the job with a few paving stones cut to fit the oddball spaces and result was terrific. I would recommend Jack for any masonry work needed.
