They quoted me a price over the phone that includes the mount hardware, wiring, HDMI cables, labor, and a certified electrician to install a new electrical outlet up in the wall. They arrived on time (actually a bit early), did exactly what they set out to do, did a VERY nice and precise job, cleaned up after themselves, and charged exactly what we had agreed. This is how contractor work SHOULD be."

"I called Oscar to install a whole house surge protector I had purchased online. He was able to install the device the next day. I had all the parts. Oscar had to cut a hole in the drywall and drill a hole thru the stud and into the panel ( not an easy job). Part of the problem was a full breaker panel, Oscar had to move 2 breakers to a sub-panel to make room for the new 50 amp breaker the surge protector needed. He methodically inspected the ceiling before beginning, and when the ideal conditions weren't found, he walked me through the options we had up to the point of offering a refund.
