From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. "They were great from my first conversation with Rolando Barahona. He came out and listened to what I needed and emailed me the written estimate. He worked with me to secure the proper materials. He walked me through what was going on while the job was being performed. Rolando and the other gentlemen did an excellent job on overcoming a couple of issues that came up. They cleaned up when the job was done and left my garage in the same condition it was before the job. The job was to cut an opening in the ceiling of the garage and install pull down steps."
