Great we needed it done on Sunday

I spoke to Jerry at around 7:45 am and he said he could be out around 9:30 am or so. He showed up just before 9:00 am. I explained to him the issue, and it ended up being an easy fix. The service call was $125 and he had the line cleared in about 15 minutes. I think that was the same price I paid a guy to come out and just find the sewer clean out line for me a few years ago. I would hire him again if he was available, but he is a one man company and can only take so many calls in a day. A nice guy out of New Caney. Thanks for the help and quick response Jerry.

I was so grateful for Allgood Plumbing. The toilet had a strange configuration where the seat was extremely hard to get on (you have to reach through the back of the toilet). He was undaunted and kept at it until it was perfect. In addition, even though our bathroom floor wasn't level, he managed to get the new toilet to sit perfectly flat. I would call him again in a heartbeat. Nice. Professional. Competent.

Jerry is wonderful and very knowledgeable! Over the phone, he knew immediately what our issue was and didn’t waste our time. Other companies wanted to come for a service call (with a fee), diagnose, then order a part, and come back and repair it. While we understand that process, avoiding that extra service call was invaluable to us. This was a true testament to Jerry’s knowledge and experience. He literally drove the extra mile(s) across Houston to get the last part in our area (after another retailer said they carried the part but didn’t say they were out of stock). Very knowledgeable, professional, and just a great guy. Would absolutely recommend to others. We will be keeping his number in our back pocket.

Everything went amazingly well! Jerry showed up about 30 minutes after I called him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the evil hot water tank back to the seller. He got it replaced for FREE! I have hot water now and he did it all for an incredible price. He also fixed a leaky pipe for me. Yes. I will hire him again.

I moved into a house in which the washer fill valves had not been used in quite a while. Both of them were completely frozen and needed replacement. Unfortunately, the way the house was built, it was an impossible job to do without cutting into the drywall. Jerry worked as hard as he could to keep the amount of drywall removed to a minimum.
