Tony managed to have both the defect coil and the compressor replaced by the manufactory under the warranty – it saved me a lot of money. In addition, Tony had followed up the A/C supplier store to have the cost of new coil refunded to me as under warranty. Tony conducted phone calls with the supplier store in Austin, which drove him to the supplier’s corporation finance department to get the refund completed. "The tech was very knowledgeable and skillful. He had to install the new blower fan into the existing fan housing, but he took the existing blower assembly (fan, motor, electrical, and housing) out to his truck in inclement weather to do the work. I offered up my garage, but he said that he would be fine out in his truck. From start to finish it could not have been more than 40 minutes. The blower unit runs and sounds like a brand-new install. Very quiet. Prior to the repair the blower sounded like a freight train passing through the house. Very happy and the cost was reasonable."

When my 3 year old AC stopped working I contacted the company who installed it and they didnt have any openings for over a week and it was already approaching 90 degrees. I spoke to ATD and they had someone come out the next day and for less money than the other company. The gentlemen who came out were pleasant, professional and very helpful explaining the problems and my options.
