"I contacted Petrocelli Services and relayed potential HVAC issues raised by a home inspector on a property my wife and I were purchasing in Austin, TX. I spoke with both Krystal Mitchell and owner Joe Petrocelli. We needed the HVAC inspection performed quickly to stay within a 'purchase option' time period. Petrocelli Services were extremely responsive in scheduling, conducting an inspection and assuring us that the home's HVAC system had no issues to be concerned over. "Back in 2010, I hired A-Plus to install a Lennox HVAC system for my condo. They provided extensive details on the available models and helped me to choose the best option for my needs. The installation went perfectly, and to maintain the warranty I have had the system checked and maintained by A-Plus since then. Debbie has been my contact when I called in to make an appointment for most of those years. I've also talked to David who does the dispatching, and he's terrific to customers. All of the technicians have been great: always prompt, kind, thorough, etc.  I especially like to see Angel when he comes to check out my heating and air-conditioner. They have (to my knowledge) never tried to up sell me on anything, but always correctly diagnosed any problems and arranged for a repair asap.
When the problem of the coil replacement came up, Angel diagnosed it, and put in the replacement.  A class action suit against Lennox for the faulty coils came up, Debbie efficiently helped me to understand the legal and air-conditioning lingo that was confusing me on the claim submission form. I had all the forms and numbers, but Debbie's extensive knowledge of the business and her extraordinary customer service assistance allowed us to quickly get everything done perfectly.
I may be moving within my condo community in the next couple of years and need a replacement heating and air conditioning system. Without a doubt, I will be calling on A-Plus to do the job!

"Butch called back right away. Came out in a timely fashion. Got one unit working. Then he said the main board was malfunctioning on the downstairs unit and would have to be replaced. It would cost 1200 or 1300. But if we spent a little extra on a service contract he would wave the trip fee and it would be 1100 something. Okay. We did that. It was too late for him to get the board that day so he came out the next day to install the board. But the unit still didn't come on. He said the thermostat was bad and it would we 300 to 500 to replace the thermostat depending on what we wanted. My husband told him we could do that ourselves. Just by pass it and get the unit working. Then he came down and said that the blower motor was out and it would be 1800 to replace the blower motor or 2400 to just replace the whole unit and then we'd be under warranty again. I told them I wanted a second opinion before we did that. I called Ed & Sons they came out, confirmed that we did need a new thermostat. And said they could rebuild the blower motor for around 100$. I ordered two new thermostats for 300 for both of them and my husband installed the thermostats. The work they did was fine. But I felt like they were more of the school of let's just replace parts until it works or we can sell them a new unit. Rather than what can we fix."

"We contacted Sam Hughston at recommendation of another contractor; when our air conditioning system broke down.Sam was very prompt in responding and was able to get workers out to our house within 2 days. He called each step of the way to let us know what to expect and when. Sam discussed with us a number of options with respective costs. Roy and Issac were the two technicians who completed the installation. Both were very professional and efficient. The next day, we received a call from Sam to follow-up and make sure everything was working to our satisfaction."
