"Air Specialist did an excellent job in this entire effort.   The salesman came out at a convenient time for me and he was very prompt and professional.   He explained the various options and answered all my questions.  Prior to the install, I was called the day before to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes before arrival to my house.  The technicians were professional and very capable, they completed the job in approximately 5 hours with no issues.   I inspected the work and pointed out one thing for them to address which they did without question.  What sold me on the job was when the Field Supervisor showed up to inspect the work and ask if I had any concerns.   I did not expect this quality touch and very much appreciated it.

Tony managed to have both the defect coil and the compressor replaced by the manufactory under the warranty – it saved me a lot of money. In addition, Tony had followed up the A/C supplier store to have the cost of new coil refunded to me as under warranty. "Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent.
