He went above and beyond to contact the equipment manufacturer and get my warranty correct and uses the warranty when things break on my unit! Apparently, when I registered them, I registered each unit individually, which gave me a 10 year warranty for each. However, I purchased and they were installed at the same time so I should have gotten the lifetime warranty. I gave him copies of the paperwork and HE took care of it!!! Hard to find customer service like that!!

"July 2017 OAT +101 (F) -one of my AC units stopped working. I called them at 3:30 P.M. Wed. and they tried to to help me that same day , but of course, with the temps in the 100's they were very busy with other emergencies. They got to me first thing the next day and had my A/C up and running within a few hours. Great service! Great communication! I would definitely recommend them. They will do all my future HVAC work.

"It was scorching hot outside and our AC went out. We immediately called Petrocelli Services and they sent out a professional Technician to diagnose. It turned out we needed a new AC unit after 16 years. The staff was considerate of cost, time and made it extremely easy for me to understand the next steps. The open line of communication was amazing and kept me involved and provided me with detailed order form. Staff also played a huge roll in educating us on maintenance when caring for our new product. "We had a system that was over 27 years old that was beginning to be very loud. It still worked, but the capacitor and blower motor were going out. I requested three quotes from Angie's List. Juan came out and provided a quote for us. He was courteous and very attentive when providing a quote. He cited many issues with the current installation. Although their prices were not the lowest or the highest, I felt most comfortable with Juan's expertise and the owner, Arturo. They were willing to come out in a few days and move some jobs around to install the system. Everything was done in the course of about 6 hours. The installation crew was courteous, punctual, and explained everything to me. I signed up for their maintenance plan. If their repair crew are as helpful as their installation crew, I think we got a good deal.
