Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! "I find them to be very honest. They don't try to make you upgrade. They sell you a little contract each year. They do a clean out of your equipment and a checkout of your equipment in the spring and then again prior to the winter. I have just found them to be real down to Earth. They have told me that my unit is better built than anything that I could buy today. They said as long as I could get parts for this one they suggest that, even though it is not as energy efficient as some of the new ones, it is older, but it is built better and it will last longer. It is very hard to find anyone in that business to tell you that because they are in business to sell new systems."
