We asked for several changes during the plans development process. Each change was incorporated with no problems. The value was great for the cost. I would recommend using Top Dawg again, or for anyone who needs Professional Engineered approved plans.

This pro did an awesome job for us. We gave him a very tight job deadline, and he was able to deliver his work ahead of schedule. Upon plan review, there were some minor issues flagged by the city permit office, and these were corrected and back to us very fast.

James corrected all the plans from different architects and contacted an engineer and had all plans approved and engineered stamp with approved by the county. This took me three tries to complete and James was able to do it.
