Good workmanship

This is an excellent company! The sales and office staff extraordinarily professional and the craftspeople are second to none! The remodeled staircase is absolutely beautiful! The experience was excellent from the initial sales visit through the final review. And the entire staff is so very kind-hearted and genuine. I just can't say enough nice things about this company!! We would DEFINITELY hire them again!!

Manuel and his team did a tremendous job modifying and installing new stairs in my home. The workers were on time, professional, detailed oriented. Overall not detailed enough to be called Precision. Most of the time the worker was on the phone and not paying attention to the quality of work. I would not recommend this company. I asked the owner to come to check the work and no response. Would not recommend, use someone else.

I had hired Precision Stairs to remove and replace a very heavy folded step ladder that pulls down and unfolds into our attic in the garage. This is where the HVAC and Water Heater resides. All these years I have been able to pull down and unfold. Since it's very heavy I can see due to the height and weight that my wife would not be able to do this when we both get older. So I hired them to see what we can do to replace this ladder with something easier to manage. The owner (Manuel) came to the house to discuss and bid and he came up with the idea to have a folder ladder to the ceiling attic, but made of aluminum which is so much lighter. I could tell the honesty and reliability that he possessed to accept his bid/work. Due to the backorder of the item, they had kept me informed constantly so I knew what was going on. So great communication from the company, When the installer (John) finally came for the replacement, we immediately determined that the width and the height of the ladder would not work out for us, which he totally understood. After apologizing profusely the installer went out of his way to drive and pick up the correct product that would work for us, brought it back, SAME DAY mind you, and replaced the attic ladder stair along with rebuilding the ceiling enclosure that would work with this new much lighter aluminum step ladder. Unbelievable reliability, efficiency and dedication from this company.

Outstanding job on the iron railing. They were quick to provide an estimate as well as return to measure and make a template, then fast for the installation. We re very pleased with the results. This project was to replace the attic pull down stair. Both the administrative people and the installers of this company were very pleasant with me and helpful. The on site workers did an excellent job both in installation and cleanup.
